8g yeast
150g margarine
100g sugar
12g salt
one egg-white
water 500g (about 1/2 liter)
small amount of oregano and basil leaves.

First make the pizza bread paste.
Mix flour, yeast and sugar well. Then add water and create non-sticky mixture. Beat about 5 minutes using electric beater. Add margarine and beat another 10 minutes. Then add salt and beat 10 minutes. Add thinly grind oregano and basil leaves and mix. Then let the mixture about 30 minutes to fermentation.
Then cut it into pieces about 150g each and flat by a roller to make the bread. The thickness of the bread should be about 1cm.

Lets make the Pizza Sauce.
Get the non-stick frying pan and turn on the cooker. Put 1 table spoon of cooking oil, thin sliced ginger and garlic into it. Then put some chili powder, chili flakes and pepper powder into the pan. Add blended fresh tomato or tomato sauce into it. It's good to add bay leaf if available.
Add some soya sauce, little bit of sugar and enough salt. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oregano. Add dry thyme herbs 1/4 teaspoon if available only. (it rises the pizza taste). Cook to thicken the sauce and get off from the cooker.

Pizza Topin
Cut the red and green bell pepper to cubes. Cut the b-onion into cubes (about 1cm cubes is enough). Then cut the tandoori chicken also into cubes.

Finishing
Paste the pizza sauce on the bread. Add chicken cubes on it. Then add vegetable cubes. Then add another sauce. Add grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Then the pizza grill step.
If you have no pizza grill then bake the bread about 2 min. in an oven. Then add the topin and bake again. (180 Celsius for 30-35 minutes)
