How to cook a precious steamed broccoli easily?
Broccoli is a delicious vegetable and easy to cook. Broccoli is a famous food all over the world. This goes under the cabbage family. Brassica oleracea is the scientific name. The origin country of broccoli is Italy and has a history of more than 2000 years. As the delicious taste it has a great nutritional value. It contains 34 kilo calories energy in 100 g of broccoli. In 100g of broccoli there are 6.64g of carbohydrate, 0.37g of fat, 2.82g of protein and lot of vitamins such as B, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C, E and K, lots of minerals such as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc.

To prepare a good dish of steamed broccoli you only need broccoli and butter. Butter is optional. Equipments need are sauce pan, suitable pot for boil about 500ml water, steamer and a cooker.

Before start work put about 500ml of water on the steamer to boil. Wash the broccoli well but keep in mind not let it to break. Then separate the broccoli florets with roughly same size. When you getting broccoli pieces in same size, it will cook all the pieces at the same amount. Then put the broccoli pieces into the steamer and cover with the lid. If the lid do not fit tight use a foil to fit it tight. Then boil for about 5 minutes.

Put the sauce pan on fire. When it gets hot put some butter into it and let it to melt and season well. After that put steamed broccoli into the sauce pan to knead with butter. Ok, now you can serve this directly to the table. Yummy!
