7 Foods which should not to get for dinner
When you taking dinner passing usual time will make you fat and lack of sleep. And also it will damage tissues of throat and esophagus due to up-coming of gastric acids. Therefore try to take dinner at least 3 hours before you go to sleep. But following foods are not suitable before sleep.

Chocolate
Black chocolate contains Caffeine which also in coffee. Caffeine reduces strain, stimulate metabolism and stimulate the power of mind. Those are not help for your sleep. Further black chocolate contains Theobromine which also reduce the sleep. But these compounds are not included in white chocolate.

Coffee
Avoid drink coffee before sleep. Coffee stimulates your middle nervous system and it also generates chemical compounds which barring your sleep. Therefore avoid drinking coffee before 12 hours when you go for sleep. 

Alcohol
When you drink alcohol before sleep you may wake frequently. Some people get a very deep sleep but when you wake up it remains strain, problems of memory and thinking problems.

Soda
Soda contains caffeine and high sugar. The phosphoric acid reduces the amount of hydrochloric acid concentration and it will caused to stomach pains. High amount of sugar will keep you awaken all over the night. Caffeine reduces the activity of Serotonin and Melatonin hormones which helps for sleep.

Fruits of Citrus family
Taking fruits of citrus family before sleep will increase the acidity of stomach and cause to burning pains of chest and stomach. This may form gastritis.

Cheese
Cheese contains high lipid amount and slow digestion.

Peanuts
Peanuts contain high amount of lipid and not suitable before sleep.
