Always give your baby a healthy food
Feeding her baby is a big challenge to every mother. It is very important that giving a good nutritious food. But most of the children do not like such foods. They like some snacks, sweet foods, etc. Therefore when children do not eat nutritious foods mothers trend to give them anything they like to eat. If you are also a mother like that, stop doing that from today. 

We have a recommended chart for weight improvement of a child. But weight is a relative fact. The chart shows the exact weight in a given age. But this value may change from child to child. If parents are slim, there should be a possibility of slimming their children. If parents are fat, there should be a possibility to fat their children also. But fat parents can have thin children and vice versa.

Therefore do not assume you child is weak or not with by looking on his body size. And do not compare premature babies and low weight babies with other normal ones. Do not make any bother if the body mass line goes high or not going down. But the line can go down when child subjected to an illness. This will come to normal position very soon. 

There are few reasons to change the weight of a baby. Breast milk is suitable only for one and half years from birth. Do not give breast milk after one and half years. Milk powder is not also good. Do not give any vitamins or milk powder to make the baby hungry. Do not give more drinks like fruit juice, soup, etc. This also reduce body weight. Give solid food to your baby. 

There two ways to come the malnutrition. One is less weight and the other is deficiency of protein, energy, mineral salts and vitamin. Therefore it is very important that giving your child a balanced diet. You can increase the daily calorie requirement by adding little bit of oil and temper. And keep in mind not to give starch only. And do not give artificial foods. In addition to that give a mixture of all to baby to get a nutritional diet. Do not try to feed baby by force. Love, kindness and good mental status must be helpful to a good growth of a child. If your child refuse foods, then change the menu or way given. Or you can give him/her frequent short diets. 

After reaching age 3-4 give your child the chance to feed himself. Do not try to feed by you. It will make an activity for the child.
