Most important thing is setting spaces between two rose bushes. For hybrid tea roses this space is 3 feet. For miniature roses the space is about 1 feet. For climbers and romblers roses this would be 10 feet. For wild roses space would be about 6 feet.
Planting roses in pots.
Here important things are the pot and soil mixture. It is important to concern to use a big pot. Keep about 10 days in a shade after planting. Supply less amount of water in these days. If the plant is established one do not keep it with others. If it is a new one treat with some bactericide.
Most suitable for this type of propagation are roses that easy to cultivate. Cut 9 inches piece in the middle of the stem and put it into water. Plant with spaces between two descents of about 8 inches. Use a hormone to stimulate buds. Roots will settle down within 1-2 weeks. After that you can change the plant to a pot.
Budding
Most suitable for roses is downward t-shape cut. Carefully cut t-shape in wild rose bud. Get a bud of flowered branch and bud to the t-cut and wrap with polethene. Keep in a shade. Loose the wrap after 4 weeks and re-wrap.
Pruning
It is good to prune before the rainy season begins. If you use hard prune cut all branches till 5 inches from soil. Try to remain buds safe. Apply fungicide on cut plates.
Simple prune
This is more suitable for hybrid tea roses and floribunda roses. Cut sprigs near ground. Specially cut the old flowered sprigs. Cut angular cut plates. Use pruning scissors for this. When cut the nearest bud my dry or reduce the growing. About a week later of pruning, remove soil near the roots and cut off dried, old roots. Then apply a fungicide. Then loose the soil and apply fertilizer.

Fertilizing
After pruning apply ammonium sulphate, super sulphate, potash mixture of 5:3:1. After a month of period apply the above mixture to 4:2:1. Use high potassium fertilizer for flowering.
