Skin of Rottweiler is very thin and covering a hard body. Black tan and black mahogany in color. Male is about 50-58 kilos in weight and female around 40-48 kilos. Male is about 24-27 inches in height and female is about 22-25 inches in height.
They like to keep their heady directly forward. They have fully grown sagging like cheeks. The big clear nose helps for a good sniff. Nose and lips are black in color. Some Rottweiler have long tail but some are having a short one. In some countries they cut the dog's tail. This tail cut is done within 10 days of newly born.
These dogs are heavy in natural. Therefore they have a common disease of disjointing hip bone. Another reason for this is growing the body fast. Rottweiler has a high danger to subject to the PAV virus and skin diseases. They take more food and more times per day. Therefore fat storage is high. Therefore their body temperature is commonly in high.
Rottweiler is very friendly family dog. This dog has to train well. Otherwise they may bite people. But after trained it is a passive, chastened animal. But among other dogs, Rottweiler is a dangerous one. Therefore some countries like Holland, Ireland has banned Rottweiler to bring to their lands.
